NAZIS’ NEW GROUP.
i Organising Workers’ Leisure Hours. LONDON, November 25. | The Nazis have presented the workc ! ers with a new organisation, modelled ~ i of an Italian body. „ j The new body, called the N.D.A., “ ; will supervise leisure hours and holit ! days, says the Berlin correspondent of i the “ Manchester Guardian.” I Its headquarters will be an importj ant building in each town, containing | clubrooms and movies, and high- ; salaried artists have promised their I service, free for a month each year. ] The N.D.A. will organise excursions j to distant parts of the country and • enable workers to see the Fatherland for which they are asked to work and die. A manifesto declares: “Workers will not contribute money nov; for strikes > and lockouts, but for the organisation 1 of leisure.” r The .on-nation of the N.D.A. was • accompanied by a campaign, in which wage reductions and price raising were < denounced as alien to the Nazi spirit and disturbing to the comradeship of ; the nation. The newsj apers threaten that if those who damage the people’s trust • in the Government do not come to ■ their senses, thev can sing in concentration camps the virtues of the high prices and binding cartels.
