Expressing the view that the proi posed licensees were not suitable men the Wellington Licensing Committee | refused to grant transfers of the ; licenses of the Caledonian Hotel and : Victoria Hotel In each case the application was adjourned to January ,23 to enable arrangements to be made for other licensees to take the hotels. t
