DUNEDIN LOANS.

Negotiations in London Over Conversion. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, December 4. The position in regard to the City of Dunedin conversion loan is that present holders of the 4 and 41 per cents, maturing on January 1, 1931, were offered the option of renewing at 41 per cent at par. The date for the acceptance of that offer has now expired and so fa'i 40 per cent of the amount has been renewed at the above figure. The question of placing the balance has not yet definitely been decided. The total amount of the loans is £356,900.
