At the monthly meeting of the Syden-ham-Cashmere-Spreydon sub-branch of the P'lunket Society. Mrs A. F. Wright presided. Others present were: Mesdames A. W. Hale, R. W. Anderson, H. A. Young, S. Wilkinson, C Thornton, D. Reese. J. Biackmore, J. SL Tnwood. L. Baker, J. K. Archer, H. A. Mazey, J. I. Small. El. C Barnett and EL Wales Discussion on arrangements for the fete to he held on March 10, in tha grounds of Cashmere House, for the fupds of Karitane Elospital and sub-bratich, formed the business of the meeting. Nurse Bowron’s report was as follows:—Sydenham: Adrilts 207, babie.s 100. preschool child! en 35. Spreydion: Adults 81. babies 80. pre-school children It. Subscriptions were received from Mesdames Jecks and Betteridge.
