EARTHQUAKE CLAIMS.

Arbitration Court to Sit in Napier. The Christchurch sitting of the Arbitration Court concluded to-day, when a case was heard in chambers. Mr Justice Frazer and Messrs A. L. Monteith (employees’ representative), W. Cecil Prime (employers’) and J. A. Gilmour (Clerk of the Court) will leave for Wellington to-night to hear cases there .to-morrow and on Thursday. On December 9, the Court will sit at Napier, when the earthquake compensation claims will be heard.
