CAUGHT IN ICE.

Russian Ship Being Carried North. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received December 4, noon.) MOSCOW, December 3. The icebreaker Cheluskin is again icebound, and the ice flows are carrying her northwards. The commander wirelessed stating that he feared they were doomed to spend the winter icebound unless he finds a north-west current which would drive her back to the open Polar seas, north of Wrangel Island. The ship’s stores are insufficient to last till the spring.
