Result of Third Ballot Announced. ALLEGED IRREGULARITY. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyrigh t. (Received December 2, 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, December 2. The third ballot of the Legislative Council resulted in the following being elected:— Government Supporters.—Sir Allen Taylor, Sir Henry Braddon, Messrs O’Conor, Binks, Howie, Holden, Nesbitt, Basset and Trethowan. State Labour Men.—Messrs Rees, Tannock, Mullins, Grant, F. J. Smith. Federal Labour.—Mr Coates. It is likely that an injunction may be sought by Mr Latimer in connection with an alleged informal vote on the ground that Mr Holden should have been eliminated before him.
