CHILD HANGS HIMSELF.

Becomes Entangled in Cord of Telephone. (Received November 28, 2.30 p.m.) CHICAGO, November 27. Joel Sibner, aged 3i years, to-day hanged himself with a telephone wire while his mother was away for a few minutes shopping. The youngster went to the bathroom for a stool, which he pushed to the instrument, into which he was accustomed to prattle when held up by his parents. He climbed up, got entangled in the cord, and the stool upset. The lad choked to death.
