TIMARU SOCIAL NOTES.
Miss Betty Harper, Waitawa, left yesterday to visit the West Coast. Miss Daisy Sharp, Wai-iti Road, is visiting Wellington. Mrs Edgar Jones, Otiritiri, has returned from a visit to her daughter, Mrs Malcolm Miller, Wellington. . Mrs Fielden, Orton, is staying with Mrs A. C. Wigley, Opuha Lodge, Park Lane. Mr and Mrs Pigeon, Gore, have returned south after staying at Beverley House, Wai-iti Road. Miss G. Twentyman, Tcmuka, has returned from a holiday at Titirangi, Pelorus Sound. Miss Esther Seay, Mount Dalgety Station, Burke’s Pass, who has been staying with Mrs Neil Alexander, Ealing, has returned home. Mrs A. Hayhurst, Temuka. and Mr and Airs A. C. Fell, Blenheim, have returned from a trip to Mount . Cook and the southern lakes.
