United Press Assn.— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. OTTAWA, July 29. The Government is planning a 300,000,000 dollars patriotic loan at 3* per cent upon the return of Mr Bennett from London. The plan calls for an appeal to Canadians along the same lines as in the victory issues during the war. Short term bonds will be issued in small denominations.
