PARISH MEETING.

St Cuthbert’s, Governor’s Bay. The annual meeting of parishioners of St Cuthbert’s. Church, Governor’s Bay. and St Peter’s, Teddlngton, was held in the Allandale Hall. About fifty parishioners were present. The vicar, the Rev C. W. M’Claverty, presided. The vicar gave a brief account of the work of the parish during the past year. Ht praised the work done by the Ladies’ Guild, which, after its excellent work during the past year, had finished with a creditable balance. Votes of thanks were passed to the retiring officers and vestrymen for their service* during the year. The vicar, in proposing a vote of thanks to Miss I. Wheeler, organist, asked her to accept a cheque from tbo parishioners as a slight recognition of her services. Mr Robt. Allan read the balance-sheet, which showed a fair credit balance. Officer* were appointed as follow:—Governor’s Bay (St Cuthbert's): Vicar’s warden. Mr W. A. Carpenter; parishioners* warden, Mr Robt. Allan; vestry, Messrs H. G. Hall, J. 11. Griffen, H. B. Banks, C. E. Radcliffe, A. E. Radcliffe und Thos. Small. Teddington (St Peter's): Vicar's warden, Mr W. G. Witte; parishioners’ warden, Mr R. Blntehford; vestry. Messrs W. Gebbie. Tlieo. Gebbie, E. M. Gray and Stewart Peters.
