Dog Causes Trouble Near Hinds. Peter Willis, a young single man, whose address is care of Mr J. M’Anulty, Winchmore, was admitted to the Christchurch Public Hospital late last evening suffering from abrasions and cuts to the head, received in ?n accident. His condition is satisfactory. He was riding a motor-cycle from Invercargill to Christchurch. In the vicinity of Hinds, he ran into a dog and was thrown off his machine. He lay unconscious at the side of the road for a time, but recovered later and rode on to Christchurch to the house of friends. From there he was taken to hospital.
