Secessionists’ Threaten Prime Minister.
FEDERAL TYRANNY ASSAILED
United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received March 8. noon.) PERTH. March 8. The secessionists of Western Australia have protested to Mr Lyons against the Federal Government’s proposed intervention in the secession referendum campaign. The Dominion League of Western Australia has telegraphed to Mr Lyons as follows: ‘‘Any interference bv the Federal Government will be tyrannical and provocative. We warn you that such unwarranted action will stir up great strife among the people.”
