Traffic Cases Heard at Kaiapoi Court. Traffic c-ascs were dealt with by E D Mosley, S.M., in the Kaiapoi Court to-day. _ For failing to give way to traffic on liis right Gordon Alaindonald was fined 20s and costs 13s. For driving at a speed dangerous to the public J. Curie arid J. H. Fahey, were each fined £3, costs 10s: W. B. Belcher, H. E. Otley, H. A. Asche and S. B. Runciman were each fined £2, costs 10s; and B. G. Porter and \V. Sisson were fined 10s, costs ]os. For cycling after dark without a light C. Fantham was fined 10s and costs 10s, Cyril Cameron, charged with driving a motor-cycle without an efficient silencer, was fined 10s, costs 10s. and for riding an unregistered motor-cycle he was fined 20s and costs 10s. R. Grimwood, charged with driving a motor-car without holding a driver's license, was fined 15s, costs 10s. For passing another car on an intersection L. Wilson was fined 5s and cost*
