Woman Taken to Mental Hospital. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 8. When the name of Ruby May Mitchell was called in the Magistrate’s Court to-day, Detective-Sergeant Revell asked leave to withdraw the charge against her of murdering her three-year-old daughter.
