Wilhelm’s Wife Pays Visit to Berlin. United Press Assn. —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, February 24. According to a special correspondent j of the “ Daily Express ” at Berlin, j Princess Hermine, wife of the former \ Kaiser, has been on a week’s visit to i Berlin, during which she met the Vice- , Chancellor, Herr Franz von Papen. It is said that Herr von Papen as- i sured the Princess that he was doing 1 everything in his power to bring the ; ex-Kaiser back to Germany. Later, the Princess met Herr Adolf Hitler, the Chancellor, at a dinner party. Herr Hitler is said to have declared that much as he respected the House of Hohenzollern and revered their deeds on behalf of the Fatherland, he felc that the time for the restoration of the ex-Kaiser was not j ripe.
