(Received February 25, 12.40 p.m.) MELBOURNE, February 25. i Mr Justice M’Arthur. in the Third Civil Court, authorised the destruction of some of B.A.W.R.A.’s records and the preservation of others, thus ringing down the final curtain on the biggest commercial undertaking in the history of Australia. B.A.W.R.A. has been fully wound up, the final distribution made, and the formal act of dissolution will be carried out shortly.
