United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received December 22, 8.45 a.m.) SYDNEY, December 22. Mr R. M’Kenzie, manager of ranches in Rhodesia, o.n his arrival in Sydney, said that foot and mouth disease had dislocated the meat export trade of Rhodesia lor two years, but the disease was now checked and the export trade was recovering. Mr M’Kenzie, who was born in Dunedin, is en route to New Zealand for a brief visit.
