DECREASE IN BIRTHS.
Vital Statistics for City in Last Quarter. The vital statistics for Christchurch for the quarter of 1932 which ended on June 30 disclose that births decreased by sixty-six in comparison with the figures for the June quarter in 1931. Deaths increased by eighty-nine. The following table sets out the figures for the quarters under review: —
