Vessel, Leaking Badly, is Towed to Port. British Official Wireless. (Receh-ed June 29, 11.30 a.m.) RUGBY, June 28. While the submarine RainboAv was leaving Portland Harbour she came into collision with the s.s. Premier, a small pleasure steamer. The Rainbow sustained only superficial damage, but the steamer Avas holed in her starboard side and returned to Weymouth. Her passengers Avere transferred to the submarine and subsequently landed. The steamer, Avhich was leaking badly, was towed into Weymouth by two motor-boats. She had 150 passengers aboard. No one Avas hurt.
