William Macgregor Turnbull, aged forty-nine, of Sumner, appeared before Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., this morning, charged with the theft of a garden hose. The case was adjourned until Tuesday to enable the accused to find money to put in the Court poor box in lieu of a conviction.
