PIPE BAND CARNIVAL.

Owing to the unfavourable weather, the carnival at Johnson’s Fish Ponds which was to have been concluded on Saturday with a very full and interesting programme, had to be postponed. Arrangements have now been made to

carry out the original programme on Saturday afternoon and evening next, December 19, in the Art Gallery. In addition there will be side-shows of an interesting and attractive nature. Full details will be announced in Friday’s paper.
