Needlework and Children’s Classes Judged. The flower show in aid of the funds of St Faith's Church was continued on Saturday in the Parish Hall, New Brighton. The needlework and children’s exhibits were judged and the prizes were awarded as follows; Needlework Coloured embroidered work, cotton —Miss E. Gofton 1, Aliss L. Evans and Airs O. Bergh 2. Eyelet embroidery Airs AI. Fletcher 1. Crotchet d’oyley—Mrs M. Fletcher 1 and 2. Embroidered underclothing—Aliss E. Gofton 1, Miss E. E. Innes 2. Crotchet work in cotton—Miss Cook 1, Airs F. Fletcher 2. Cushion—Miss L. Evans 1, Airs F. Fletcher 2. School Children’s Exhibits.—Writing, senior (twelve and over) —Winnie Stevens 1, Joan Tindall 2; junior (under twelve years)—J. Hulme 1, Margaret Blewitt 2. Printing—Noel Skelton 1, Murray Sands 2. Mapping, senior— Joan Tindall 1, Ngaire Cattermole 2; junior—Keith Hulme 1, Joyce Cattermole 2. Drawing, senior—N.
