An inquest will be held this afternoon into the death of a child, Allen Edward Whitcombe, aged two years and two months, who died in the Christchurch Hospital at three o’clock this morning. The child, a son of Mr E. R. Whitcombe, became ill a.t his home, 128, Harewood Road, at three o’clock yesterday afternoon. The illness is believed to be due to something which the child had drunk during the afternoon. _______________ __
