Coercion in Collection of Revenue Denied. United Press Assn—By Electric Telegraph (’npv ight (Received August 13, noon.) DELHI, August 12. The acting-Governor, Sir John Hotson, has written to Gandhi denying a breach of the terms of the Delhi agreement and coercion in collection of revenue in Gujerat. Gandhi has telegraphed to the Viceroy saying that he i has found it difficult to p oceed to j London. The Viceroy’s reply is i awaited. The situation is serious.
