Former Holder to Challenge Again. United Press Assn.—By Electric % Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, August 10. Four new speed records in the baby car class have been set up by Leon Cushman, driving a super-charged Austin seven, at Brooklands. It was announced to-day that the previous re-cord-holder, George Eyston, had decided to build a new MG Midget to attempt to recapture them The new records include the flying kilometre which was accomplished at i speed of 102.28 miles an hour, and the flying mile, at 100.67 miles an hour.
