At a social held at St Silas’s Mission Hall, Styx, items were contributed as follows: —Recitations, Misses Clara Barnes, Natalie Patten, Jane Price and Phyllis Rogers: songs, Miss Grace Barnes and Air Barnes; ’cello solo, Mr Frew; pianoforte duet, Misses June Patten and Maude Lynch; violin solo, Eileen Patten.
