DEFICIENCY OF £127 IN BANKRUPT ESTATE.
(Special to the “Star.”) « ASHBURTON, August 5. • A meeting of creditors of Albert Edward Church, a labourer, of Methven, was called to-day but lapsed. The statement showed that the amount owing to unsecured creditors was £177 Is 3d. The only assets were furniture valued at £SO, leaving a deficiency of £127 Is 3d. Unsecured creditors were:—Christchurch: Strange and Co, £2B: R. Twvneham. £ll 18s lid. Methven: Dr M’Kee, £4 7s 6d; J. Stone. £1 9s; A. E Henderson. £l9-4s sd; M'D. Anderson, £24 Ss 9d; Cookson Bros., £5 16s: W. C. Battson. £2 8s 9d; G. Waddington, £2 Is. Ashburton: Russell and Co., £3 14s sd; Power Board, £2 14s Id: (7. Welsh, £4 12s 6d : S.
