MOTOR-CAR SKIDS AND HITS A POST.

TWO MEN SERIOUSLY HURT NEAR TIMARU. (Special to the “Star.”) TIMARU, June 20. A serious motor accident occurred at 11.50 ajn. to-day near the Show Grounds, when a car travelling north down the hill skidded across the road, and struck a post. It was badly damaged. Two men, believed to be Orr, of Oamaru, and William Johnson, of Kakanui, were seriously injured, and were conveyed by ambulance to the Timaru Hospital.
