The motion of Sun Newspapers, Ltd., for a non-suit in the action in which Dr Richards was awarded £25 damages as a result of headings to a report of a case while it was in its incomplete stages but which gave the impression that Dr Richards had lost his claim for damages against a nurse, whereas he won the case arid was awarded £250, was dismissed to-day • by the Chief Justice and judgment was entered for Dr Richards for £25 as awarded by the jury, with costs ’ and disbursements according to scale. Plaintiff (Dr Richards) was awarded £7 7s, the costs of the motion for a non-suit, and second counsel's fee £4 4s.
