Stranger.—There is no boarding school for backward children in Christchurch, except a very good Government institution at Templeton. Would it be suitable to board the child privately, and send him to the retardate class at the Normal School? “ Enquirer ” would be obliged to anyone who could give him the date of the laying of the foundation stone of the Germ* •* Church.
