The short title of this By-law Christchurch Tramway By-law, 9 2. 1 Section 3of the Christchurch Tramvav By-law, 1914, is hereby amended by leleting therefrom the definition of ■ car ” and substituting the following:— “ ‘ Car. includes every car, carriage, steam engine, motor omnibus, trolley bus, trailer or other vehicle, whatsoever in use within the jurisdiction and under the control of the Board for the carriage of passengers or goods.” 3. The Christchurch Tramway By-law, 914, is hereby amended by adding the ollo’wing section thereto: 27 A No person shall enter or attempt to enter any car by any floor marked by or by direction of the Board with the words ” Exit Only or words of like meaning. 4.
