Interviewed yesterday afternoon, Mr C. C. Kemp, Registrar of Canterbury College, said that he had not heard anything more regarding the reduction of bursaries. “We are,” he said, “at present leaving things as though the reduction had never taken place, and we will continue to do so until we hear from the Department of Education.”
