WIDENING THE MARKET FOR EMPIRE PRODUCTS.

The Empire Marketing Board recently made a special canvass of local authorities with a view to getting tenders fur the supply of commodities to public institutions to stipulate “Home or Empire products only.” Mr Thomas, the chairman, says that the result is extremely encouraging and the board is now canvassing Yorkshire and Lancashire shopkeepers arith a view to increasing the consumption of Home and Empire butters.
