Swiss Roll. Whisk 2 large eggs with 3oz of castor sugar until the mixture is thick. Fold in 2oz sieved flour and i teaspoonful of baking powder quickly and gently. Turn into a well-greased tin, and bake in a moderate oven for fifteen minutes. Turn on to a sugared paper, spread with warm jam, and roll quickly. The mixture must be rolled before it is set.
