Mr and Airs Bond (Christchurch) are staying at the Grosvenor Hotel. . Air and Airs Brims (Christchurph) are staying at the Grosvenor Hotel/ Aliss O’Brien (Orbell Street), who has been staying with Airs Edgar Jones (“ Otiritiri ”), has returned home. Aliss Knubley (Sarah Street) left for Fairlie on Saturday to stay with Airs Hayter (“ Rollesby,” Burke’s Pass). Aliss Lou Cartwright (Orbell Street) left for Geraldine on Saturday to stay with Airs P. Barker (“ Rocky Ridges”). Aliss Agnes Grant (Sydney), who has been staying with Airs James Scott (“ Otumarama ”), has left for Temuka. Airs C. G. B. King (Sealy Street) has returned from a short visit to Christchurch. Aliss Cecil Elworthy (“ Craigmore ”), w'ho has been the guest of Airs H. Sinclair Thompson (Park Lane), has returned to her home. Aliss Peggy Unwin (Church Street), who has been visiting Hanmer Springs and Christchurch, returned home on Saturday. Airs F. F. A. Ulrich (Elizabeth Street), who has been spending a few days in Christchurch, returned home on Saturday. Airs A. Mainwaring left the Grand Hotel on Saturday to stay with her daughter, Airs A. G. Alacdonald (Orari), for the Christmas holidays. Air and Airs 11. A. LeCren and Aliss Eileen LeCren (“Nga Punawai”), who have been visiting Christchurch, have returned home. Airs E. R. Guinness and Air Roland Guinness, who have been staying at the Grand Hotel, have left for a trip to the Southern Lakes. Air and Airs IT. Sinclair Thompson (Park Lane) left on Saturday to spend the week-end with Colonel and Airs Redmond Neil (“ Barossa ”). The Alisses Betty and Cossins (“ Ardnaquere ”) left on Saturday to spend the week-end with Mrs E. Harris (Christchurch). Aliss Peggy Hunter Weston (“ Highthorne ”), who is the guest of Airs Terrence Bridgeman (Dunedin), is expected home this week. Airs James Scott (“ Cannington,” Cave) is spending a few days with her daughter, Airs Gerald Alurray (“ Glenmor”), at her house in Selwyn Street. Aliss Carine Cook (Craigie Street), who has been spending some months in Christchurch studying music, has returned to Timaru, and is staying with Airs J. L. Gillies (Craigie Street). Miss Olive Lyon (England) will leave this week to stay with Mrs Sydney Neil (Dunedin) before leaving for a camping trip with Air and Airs Neil at Lake Hawea.
