WATER TURBINE CASE CONTINUED TO-DAY.

The dispute regarding the installation of a water turbine on Mr S. Hall’s farm at Peraki, Little River, was continued this morning before Mr Justice Adams in the Supreme Court. George Henry and Co., Ltd., consulting engineers, claimed £lls 9s for professional services and materials supplied. Hall counter-claimed for £l5O, being costs incurred by him because of an alleged faulty installation. This morning Mr Iv. M. Gresson, for plaintiff, and Mr A. W. Brown for defendant, continued their examination of witnesses. (Proceeding.)
