ENTRIES WILL REMAIN PROPERTY OF ENTRANT. Old photographs sent to the ‘‘Star” for competition in the Old Colonist section of the Christmas Number will remain the property of the entrants, and will, be returned to all senders after December 17, the date of issue. No damage will be done to any photograph, as the process of reproduc. tion merely calls for the photographing; of the print, which is not touched in any way. Clear photographs of old identities from family albums will be acceptable. It is intended to publish more than th« prize-winning entries in this class, and all photographs so used will be paid for.
