REDUCTION IN PRICES ANNOUNCED BY MAJESTIC

Mr Harry Waters, general manager of Christchurch Cinemas, Ltd., has taken a bold step in so considerably reducing the prices of admission at the Majestic Theatre. Commencing to-day, the prices-—probably the lowest talkie prices in the Southern Hemisphere, if not in the world—-will be: Ma.tinees: Stalls 6d and 9d, circle Is, children 6d to all parts. Evening session: Stalls Is and Is 6d, circle 2s, with children half-price to all seats.

Hollywood, with all its joys and all its heartaches, is portrayed in most realistic manner in “A Show Girl in Hollywood”, the First National and Vitaphone production to be presented at the Majestic to-day.
