TO-DAY’S RECIPE.
Coconut Pyramids. 4oz castor sugar. Yolk of 1 egg. 4oz grated coconut. Essence of vanilla. Mix the coconut, sugar, and eggyolk, adding a little flavouring. Flour the oven baking sheet, and form the mixture into littie pyramids with the fingers. Bake v for a few minutes in a brisK oven, watching carefully that they do not bum.
