OLD LAMP SHADES.
Lamp shades that are too shabby to use otherwise can be made into meat covers. Strip the shade from the frame, and procure a piece of fine mu&lin. Cut this according to the sice required, and sew completely over the wire. Car© must be taken to make ample allowance for turnings, otherwise the muslin will soon break away.
