The new motor insurance certificates covering third party risks are parch-ment-like documents Blin by 43in. They define the limitations imposed on all motorists. They record the name of the holder and the number of his car. The certificates are to be issued in duplicate, one for the car and the other ior the driver, who thus is able to drive any car, or motor-cycle, while the car can be driven by anybody with the permission of the policy-holder. Two million certificates will be issued before the end of the year, when every motor-cyclist and motorist will be compelled to show his certificate on demand.
