ARAPUNI REPORT WILL BE READY NEXT WEEK.
PUBLIC WORKS MINISTER MAKES STATEMENT TO-DAY (Special to the “ Star.”) WELLINGTON, October 10. The Hon W. B. Taverner, Minister of Public Works, stated in the House today that Professor Hornell’s report was in the process of being printed and w r ould be submitted to Parliament early next week. A portion of the report had been referred back to the Professor for further information, and this later report would probably take a week or two to prepare. Yesterday afternoon he was able to submit a precis of the report to Cabinet for consideratiori.
