APPOINTMENTS MADE TO BOARD OF HEALTH.

(Special to the “ Star.”) WELLINGTON, August 21. The re-appointment to the Board of Health of Lady Luke, the Hon W. H. Triggs and Mr F. W. Maclean was announced to-day by- the Hon A. J. Stallworthy, Minister of Health. Mr Stallworthy’ said that Mr F. Castle, J.P., chairman of the Wellington Hospital Board, had been appointed to the board in succession to Mr C. M. Luke, who is not eligible for re-appointment as he is no longer chairman of a hospital board.
