When witness got out he found Worrall lying near the back right hand 1 wheel of the car. Worrall was unconscious, and they- took him straight to the hospital in the car. They were driving just to the left of the crown of the road when they' struck the cyclist. The lights on the car were good, but there was a drizzling rain falling. No one in the car had had any- drink. In answer to Mr Hobbs witness said that he was always nervous in a car and kept a goed look-out. lie did not see any sign of the cyclist until they were almost on him. There was no one near the scene of the accident at the time. To Mr Tracy witness said that he saw no sign of a light on the bicycle but a torch was picked up nearby afterwards. (Proceeding.)
