YOU CAN’T BE TOO CAREFUL.

When measuring and giving medicine, always use a properly marked measuring glass. A really helpful spoon, too, is now on the market. It has a flat base which enables you to stand it on the table and on which different measurements are plainly and conveniently marked. Always be sure to shake all medicines well before measuring, so that the drugs are properly mixed. If physic of an oily nature has to be given, warm the glass first and the oil will not then stick to it. Incidentally, the patient will also find it easier to take.
