BRITISH TEAM CANNOT MEET UNIVERSITIES.
(Special to the “Star.”) WELLINGTON, April 3. At a meeting of the management committee of the New Zealand Rugby Union the New Zealand University Rugby Football Council wrote asking that a match against a team representing the New Zealand Universities should be included in the British team’s itinerary. It was decided to reply that the programme had been finalised.
