TOTAL OF 950 ARRESTS MADE DURING WEEK-END. (United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) CHICAGO, February 10. A week-end round up of criminals revealed that of the 950 of the arrests made, half have a prison record. Hundreds of victims of recent robberies spent Suudav looking over lines of criminals, trying to identify attackers. Two white youths were killed in an encounter with four negroes. Five white boys raced some coloured men in motor-cars. Each accused the others of causing the consequent smash up which damaged both cars. The negroes drew guns, killed two of the whites, and then escaped.
