ACQUITTAL GIVEN ON CHARGE OF MURDER.
EIGHT SHILLINGS FINE IMPOSED ON ACCUSED.
(United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) VIENNA, February 9. A man named Karl Luksch has been acquitted by a tender-hearted jury of a charge of murder. It was alleged that, when in front of his child, aged six, he fired four bullets into his wife’s body. A fine of 8s was imposed for illegal possession of a revolver. Luksch was noted for his brutality. He recently served six weeks’ imprisonment for stabbing his stepmother.
