Mrs Gillett, of 7, Buchanan’s Road, Riccarton, received severe injuries to her head when she was knocked down by a motor lorry in Manchester Street this morning. Mrs Gillett was crossing the intersection of Manchester and Hereford Streets, when she was knocked down. She. was taken to the Hospital, where her condition is reported as satisfactory. __________
